The One Hundred Pushups, Two Hundred Squats, Two Hundred Situps programs are all available in app form. I personally think free is better (think free space on the phone too), so I created this Google Form that feeds into a Google Spreadsheet. You can expand on this idea to include all of the variables for each program.
Currently all three programs are represented in this form, but since no fields are a required field, you can just skip past the program you are not currently doing. Trust me when I say, you will end up doing them all, it’s seriously addictive. Just grab the template embedded below and copy it to your account. I suggest downloading the pocket guides for each program in black and white so you can just pull them up on your device. The files are located here.
